Momentum Bikes carries a wide variety of bicycles and bicycle accessories with name brands like Trek and Gary Fisher for the beginner and competitive cyclist alike. For biking around town, commuting to work, mountain biking, trail riding, or road riding, we can get you on the right bike for you, and get you the right equipment to make your cycling enjoyable. Come in and let us know what type of riding you do or would like to do, and we will do our best to help you ride in comfort and style.

Special Needs
Everyone should have the chance to ride on wheels under their own power. Sometimes people need more than just a bicycle. Maybe they need a tricycle or a unicycle. Momentum really wants to be the bike shop to help and encourage new cyclist find the way. If you or a family member has special needs give us a call we would love to help you out. On this page we will post some of the options we have for those families with special needs. We should all have the chance to pedal through life with freedom.
Used Bicycle Adoption
Used bikes often enter our shop in need of some love and care to have a second life as a Beautiful Used Bicycle. Any used bike we sell leaves the shop completely overhauled and outfitted with new components to replace any components that no longer work correctly. We take pride in the bikes we sell, and our used (previously owned) bikes are no exception. Momentum has had a great increase in used bikes for commuters.
Golf Discs
Momentum Bikes offers a large selection of golf discs from companies such as Innova, Discraft and others. The University of Wisconsin Platteville has a well known course that players come from all over to play. The Park & Rec. Dept. of the City of Platteville has just opened up a new 9 hole course near West View Middle School. The City is also looking to open up a new 18 hole course in a upcoming new park. Stop by for direction to either course.
