About Safe Routes to School:
In Sept. 2008, Platteville began a Safe Routes to School (SRTS) program. In the next twelve-months, community members will work together to plan safer routes to school and encourage Platteville students to bike or walk to school more often.
Please join us to:
- Build excitement for walking and biking in Platteville,
- Educate others on safety concerns relating to walking and biking,
- Plan future walking and biking routes and improvements that will be implemented through the City.
